For over 20 years, we’ve helped health, social care and voluntary sector teams around the world use the Family Partnership Model effectively, adapt it to their needs and achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Our Family Partnership online and in-person training programmes empower practitioners to acquire knowledge, insights and understanding of the Model’s core skills and practice.

Digital and face-to-face training programmes are also available to equip supervisors and managers with the skills and expertise to support high quality Family Partnership practice and enable trained trainers to disseminate the Model throughout their organisation.

We create tailored training and dissemination programmes matched to the specific needs of each organisation.  We offer everything from one-off training sessions designed for small teams to large scale organisational development programmes involving several hundred practitioners, their managers and training departments.

“A great course and the facilitator was an excellent tutor – she did a great job. They made the model easy to understand” FPM Course participant

We work with each organisation to understand how they want to use our Family Partnership Model and how it can help them to achieve improvement in effective care and family outcomes.

In partnership with managers, we co-design and implement tailored FPM dissemination and implementation plans. These include training sessions for practitioners, supervisors and trainers to successfully embed the Model consistently within routine practice and systems.
