Megan is a Registered Comprehensive Nurse from Aotearoa (New Zealand).  She has worked trans-professionally as a clinician, group facilitator, psychotherapist, educator, manager and researcher in adult and child mental health both in the UK and New Zealand for the past 20 years.

Within the Centre she works closely with Crispin and the team to develop and disseminate the Family Partnership model, and has led on the development of the Centre supervision programmes.  She has been the clinical and project lead in the development, piloting and establishment of the Helping Families Programme in partnership with the National Academy for Parenting Research.

She provides individual and group supervision across services and to a variety of organisations in the UK and Aotearoa.
